Rona updates: Here comes the sun

Last night, Rona Solfryd Edwards left this world the way she came into it: slow at first, and then in a flash. She was surrounded by love and, for the first time in months, was comfortable and at peace. We are planning a memorial service for October and will welcome visitors to our house in the coming days, once we feel ready.

There are so many things we can and will share about Rona's final days and the little ways she told us she was ready and said her goodbyes, but grief is a heavy weight and words aren't coming easily today. One sign she's been sending us consistently is the song "Here Comes the Sun." If you hear it today, know that Rona is nearby.
